Make Your Own Mad Libs

This is a fun thing to do when you are bored with a group of friends or even on a road trip.  Take any story, for instance write down a simple story about your last camping trip, what you did for Halloween last year or even use a nursery rhyme or fable:

Once upon a time, there was a little girl named ____________.  She went for a
