One of the games I can't wait to try out during our next game night is a new one called Blank Slate. It's like a lot of other board games but it has a really fun twist. You have to guess what other teammates will write on their blank slates, but there's a catch--you have to guess the same word as only ONE of the other players to win. If more than one guess the same word it doesn't count!
So say you fill in the phrase, "Great ___ think alike" with the word "minds." It's probably going to be used by other players, too. So try to think of another word that you think another player might use and scribble that down on your "slate," which is one of the included dry erase boards.
The game is for ages 8 and up, so you can make it as adult or family-friendly as you please, and it's for 3 to 8 players.
Have you played this one yet? What did you think?
